Our materials are imported directly from our own quarries and factories in Turkey. Since we are our own tile manufactures there is no middle-man, we are a direct importer so we are able to offer our customers competitive prices on a high quality product.

We import our stones directly from our own quarries in Turkey and they are shipped to the US by sea via container ships.  These container ships carry their load in truck-size intermodal containers.  This technique is called containerization.  That way, once the vessel arrives, the containers can be offloaded and shipped by land via trucks.

We have been in business for 35 years.  Our Turkey location opened its doors in 1981.  Our US store opened its doors in 2005.

Our products are produced at our own quarries and factories using the most technologically advanced machines in the natural stone industry.  This, coupled with our knowledgeable Quality Control Department which inspects each and every one of the stones before it is exported, guarantees that you will receive a high quality product from us.

SAFE TRAVEL. Your Package is secured.

-After the material leaves the port in Turkey, it takes around 30 days to receive it in the port in the US.  Of course, other factors could affect this such as inclement weather and delays at any of the ports on the vessel’s route.

-The tiles are packaged in wooden crates.  The crates are secured with plastic straps held with metal clips.  The bottom and top of the crates are also protected with polystyrene to prevent chipped corners.

-Some materials are very delicate and they are also packaged in individual boxes that are later crated.  Example, the ½” brushed and chiseled Botticino French Pattern is packaged like this.  Each individual set is packaged into a box.

We ship to all 48 contiguous states.  As tile Stores Due to our contracted freight companies’ limitations, there may be areas that are not within our shipping capabilities.  Again, please call us if that is your case.  We’ll try to find another carrier that travels to your particular area.

We can also arrange shipping to Alaska and Puerto Rico.  If you live in AL and PR, please call us before for shipping information.

READY TO SHIP

Our products are in stock and ready to ship.  If you see it on our website, it is in stock.  Occasionally, due to a high demand on a product, there may be instances in which we may be out of stock.  We normally stock our products every two weeks so there is a good chance the product will be available soon.

FREIGHT COST FACTOR

Freight charges depends on many factors such as order weight, number of crates, destination, service, weather and season.

OUT STATE TAXES

You only pay taxes if your material is shipping within the state of Florida. We work with the best trucking companies in the Country, and for our high volume , we get the best rates to ship everywhere. Our deliveries are Curbside. Residential will take 5 business days approx. to reach destination and Full truck load between 2-5 days . Our customers can pick up their orders at our dock, free of charge.

A FULL TRUCK CAN HANDLE 45.000 LBS

When you have an order of more than 19.999 lbs. , we may need to move your consignment with a Big truck ( Box truck ) . FTL do not have a lift-gate attached, which means that customer must provide the right machinery to unload the stone on destination.

Machinery need it to unload: A forklift and pallet jack that can handle more than 3.000 lbs. . Drivers cannot help unloading the stone.

A LESS THAN TRUCK LOAD CAN HANDLE 19.999 LBS

When you have a small order we send it with a LTL CARRIERS.  Please consider when placing the order to add the lift gate service if you need carrier to place the crates on the ground for you (as close they can get to your location).

Polished Marble Tiles have a smooth finish with a classic elegant feel. Additionally, this marble presents some discreet long red variegated veining on the surface.

It’s recommended for Residential and commercial with heavy and light traffic indoors only.  Excellent for walls, floors and counter tops.  Can also be used on kitchens and bathrooms.

Penetrating sealant recommended though not required on all natural stone products if used in wet areas. A sealer may also be necessary if it will be installed on an area that exposed to heavy entertainment were tiles maybe stained.
